Sweet & Spicy Pickled Cucumbers 🥒🌶️✨

Ingredients:

4 cups cucumbers, sliced or chopped

1 small red chili (or ½ tsp red pepper flakes)

3 cloves garlic, minced

½ cup white vinegar

½ cup apple cider vinegar

½ cup water

½ cup sugar (adjust to taste)

1 tbsp salt

1 tsp mustard seeds

1 tsp black peppercorns

1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

Instructions:

Wash and slice cucumbers into bite-sized pieces.

In a saucepan, combine vinegar, water, sugar, and salt. Heat until sugar dissolves.

Add mustard seeds, peppercorns, garlic, chili, and dill to the hot brine. Stir well.

Place cucumbers into a clean jar and pour the hot brine over them, covering completely.

Let cool to room temperature, then seal with a lid.

Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before eating for the best flavor.

Storage: Keeps up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
