Stuffed Peppers with Cheese & Sesame SeedsFood & Drink
Ingredients:
Red and yellow bell peppers
Mozzarella cheese (or any cheese of your choice)
Black sesame seeds
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Cut the peppers in half and remove the seeds.
Stuff each pepper half with mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle black sesame seeds over the top for added crunch.
Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let them cool for a minute before serving.
