Ingredients
For the Cheesecake Layer:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup whipped cream or Cool Whip
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Pudding Layer:
2 cups milk
1 box (3.4 oz) vanilla instant pudding mix
For Assembly:
2-3 ripe bananas, sliced
1 cup strawberries, sliced
1 package (11 oz) vanilla wafer cookies
Extra strawberries for garnish
Instructions
Make the Cheesecake Layer:
In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
Gently fold in whipped cream or Cool Whip until well blended.
Prepare the Pudding:
In another bowl, whisk together the milk and vanilla pudding mix for about 2 minutes until thickened.
Layer the Pudding:
In a 9×13 inch dish, start by placing a layer of vanilla wafer cookies at the bottom.
Add a layer of sliced bananas over the cookies.
Spread half of the cheesecake mixture over the bananas.
Pour half of the prepared vanilla pudding over the cheesecake layer.
Add another layer of vanilla wafers, bananas, and the remaining cheesecake mixture.
Finish with the last half of the
vanilla pudding and smooth it out.
Top with Strawberries:
Arrange sliced strawberries on top of the pudding layer for garnish.
Chill:
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld.
Serve:
