Smoked BBQ Beef Back Ribs
Ingredients:
3–4 pounds beef back ribs2 tablespoonsBeef
yellow mustard2 tablespoons olive
oilFor the Dry Rub:2 tablespoons brown
sugar1 tablespoon paprika1 tablespoon
garlic powder 1 tablespoon onion
powder1 teaspoon black pepper1
teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon chili powder1/2 Ingredient subscription box

the BBQ Glaze: 1 cup BBQ sauce2
tablespoons honey1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions:
Remove the membrane from the back of
the ribs for better tenderness.
Pat the ribs dry with paper towels.
Coat the ribs with mustard and olive oil.
In a small bowl, combine all dry rub ingredients.
Generously season the ribs on all sides with the dry rub.
Preheat your smoker to 250°F (120°C).
Place the ribs bone-side down in the smoker.
Smoke for 4–5 hours, maintaining a steady temperature.
In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, honey, and apple cider vinegar.
During the last hour of cooking, brush
the ribs with the BBQ glaze every 20
minutes.Continue smoking until the ribs
are tender and the meat pulls back from the bones.
Remove the ribs from the smoker and let
rest for 10–15 minutes.Slice between the
bones and serve with extra BBQ sauce
