This fluffy soufflé is my go-to breakfast now – it’s super easy to make with just three ingredients and perfect for a filling, satisfying start to your day! It’s light, airy, and delicious, and you’ll be surprised how simple it is to prepare. Here’s how to make it!

Ingredients:

2 eggs

2 tablespoons sugar

1/2 cup milk (whole milk for creaminess)

Instructions:

Preheat Oven:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish or soufflé cup with butter or cooking spray.

Mix the Eggs:

Separate the egg whites and egg yolks into two bowls. In the bowl with the egg whites, use a hand mixer to beat them until stiff peaks form.

Prepare the Soufflé Base:

In the bowl with the egg yolks, whisk in the sugar and milk. Mix until well combined.

Fold Together:

Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the yolk mixture, being careful not to deflate the egg whites. You want to keep the mixture light and airy.

Bake the Soufflé:

Pour the mixture into your prepared soufflé dish or cups. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the soufflé has risen and is golden brown on top.

Serve and Enjoy:
