Easy Fluffy Blueberry Pancakes for a perfect brunch stack

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon white sugar

1 1/4 cups milk

1 egg

3 tablespoons melted butter

1 cup fresh blueberries

Optional: vanilla extract

Optional: whipped cream

Optional: maple syrup

Directions

Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Mix well.

Prepare Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter.

Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Gently fold the mixture together.

Add Blueberries: Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.

Cook the Pancakes: Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.

Serve and Enjoy: Stack the pancakes on a plate and serve warm with maple syrup or whipped cream.
