Easy Grandma’s apple pie

Ingredients:

2 whole eggs

2 apples

1/2 glass of white sugar

1/2 glass of seed oil

1/2 glass of milk

1 bag of baking powder (16 g)

2 glasses + 1/2 flour type 00

a pinch of lemon or orange aroma

icing sugar to taste

PREPARATION:

1. We whip eggs with sugar.

2. Then add milk, oil, flour and yeast.

3. Now pour the mixture into a cake mold lined with baking paper.

4. Peel the apples, cut them into marigolds and place them on the dough.

5. Bake in a preheated oven for 180 ° 40-45 minutes.

6. Decorate with icing sugar.
